Born and raised in Nyack, NY. I have a passion for the Hudson River Valley, and the artist communities in the area. I live in Sunnyside Queens with my husband, and happily travel around the Tri-state area to teach and cater.

I spent a few years as a nursery teacher, and fell in love with watching children’s fascination with being given choices, constantly in a state of trying something new. Every day at snack time, the kids would try new foods and often come away with a new favorite.

I now love to work with young families, introducing them to knew techniques and cooking styles. I also love working alongside Occupational Therapists, and would love to explore teaching children important fine motor skills with food and cooking as a medium.


I started blogging in college, and contributed a weekly recipe to my school’s publication. I took a break for a few years, but now I’m happy to say I am starting up again. Please check out the page, and enjoy some old and new recipes and discussions.
